We Are All Connected! (Review)

Life in a Day

The thing I got from this movie is how connected we all are as human being. We have different habits, thoughts, manners and so many more but in essence we are all the same. We live our lives so separated from each other when all people want is to feel connected, happy and fulfilled. We are one, connected by love.

Sometimes I wish I could feel this way about the world everyday. Sometimes I’m feeling so lost in this world. Not knowing up from down. Not knowing how to really connect with people on a deeper level. The world tends to look really superficial from time to time.

But that doesn’t stop me (nor you) because I recognize human connections are essential to a happy and fulfilling life as it is one of the 7 main areas of life. You need to balance this out and actively try to connect with others!

Try to really believe we are all connected and you will see the truth in this. The best way to do this in my opinion is just by loving others. Loving others unconditionally and with a non-judgmental attitude (easy to say, hard to actually do).

If you want to read more about the principle of love, you can read this earlier post I’ve written (How to live more consciously)

Anyway, I really liked this movie and I definitely recommend seeing this to anyone who is feeling disconnected from the world lately!

This was a short update on what kind of media I’m choosing to follow and why I think it is so important. If you’re interested in living more consciously and achieving better (read: elemental ;)) health stay tuned! More content coming soon!
